Charles III will be officially proclaimed King of the United Kingdom at the Accession Council tomorrow, September 10.

 This is reported by the Daily Mail.

 Charles automatically became king after his mother's death, but the Accession Council is usually convened at St James's Palace in London within 24 hours of the monarch's death.

 After the Queen's death, it will be convened at a later date, as the announcement of her death only came in the early evening yesterday, so there was not enough time to make plans before this morning.
