Serbia does not recognize the results of the "pseudo-referendums" on the inclusion of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine into Russia. This was stated by the President of Serbia Oleksandr Vucic, Reuters reports.

 "Serbia does not recognize this (referendums), as it adheres to international law, the UN Charter and UN resolutions," the president said.

 According to Vučić, his country chooses its own territorial integrity and "it is in its interests to protect the territorial integrity of other internationally recognized countries."

 Note that Ukraine also does not recognize Kosovo's independence from Serbia.
