NATO's collective resolve to support Ukraine will be unwavering throughout the winter and until its victory over Russia, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said.

 "The signal from our meeting is this: our collective resolve to support Ukraine is and will continue to be unwavering - now, through the winter, and for as long as it takes for Ukraine to win. We will continue and strengthen our humanitarian, economic and security support to Ukraine. Allies and NATO partners have provided $40 billion in armaments for Ukraine, with more on the way," Blinken said at a press conference in Bucharest on Wednesday.

 He is sure that the president of the Russian Federation will not be able to split the unity of the coalition that supports Ukraine.

 "We objectively look at the upcoming difficult winter. We know President Putin's scenario: freeze and starve Ukrainians, force them to stay at home, drive up energy, food and other prices not only in Europe, but around the world, and then try to split our coalition. President Putin believes that if he can just raise the price high enough, the world will leave Ukraine, that we will leave them to fend for themselves. His strategy has not worked and will not work. We will continue to prove him wrong. I heard this clearly and loudly from every country here in Bucharest," Blinken emphasized.
