Chernihiv decided to close "points of invincibility"

The authorities of Chernihiv have decided to suspend the work of "points of invincibility" in the city. If necessary, they will be reopened.

This decision was made at a meeting of the commission on technological and ecological safety and emergency situations in the regional administration today, March 7.

The head of the department for emergency situations, Hryhoriy Godun, notes that "points of invincibility" in Chernihiv will be opened as needed. In particular, if there will be no light in the city.

"The unbreakable points are put into standby mode, if there is no light and heat for more than 24 hours, then the unbreakable points will continue to work," he explained.

According to him, such a decision was made due to the fact that the situation in Chernihiv has stabilized, and residents no longer come to the points.

We will remind you that in autumn, after the massive Russian missile attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, "points of invincibility" were opened in all regions. Ukrainians could warm up and charge their gadgets at such points.
