The OP named the composition of the European "coalition of fighter jets" for Ukraine, it is no longer just about the F-16

The so-called "coalition of fighter jets" for Ukraine currently includes eight countries, and their number may increase later.

Ihor Zhovkva, deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said this.

Ihor Zhovkva noted that as a result of the trip of the President of Ukraine to the summit of the European Political Community in Moldova, it was possible to outline the contours of the "coalition of fighter jets" and take real steps to speed up the training of pilots and technicians for fourth-generation fighter jets, "including, but not limited to, the F-16."

"The basis of the European part of the coalition has been formed with the participation of already eight countries (soon there will be more): Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal and France. A separate joint statement on this matter was even adopted with the President of France," Ihor Zhovkva said. . .

According to him, the agreements reached allow us to count on specific decisions regarding the scope and mechanism of training pilots, service personnel, as well as the creation of conditions and appropriate infrastructure for fighter jets during the next meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein format).

We will remind, after arriving at the summit, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, also advocated the creation of the Patriot coalition. This initiative was supported by the Prime Minister of the Netherlands.
