After midnight, Russian troops shelled the village of Novodmytrivka in the Bilozerska community of Kherson region. The shells hit a house, killing a 6-year-old boy and injuring his 13-year-old brother and three other adults. This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"Enemy shells hit a private house and its territory. As a result, a 6-year-old boy received injuries incompatible with life," the statement said.
In addition, his 13-year-old brother was hospitalized in serious condition.
"Three neighbors who tried to help but also came under enemy fire were also injured," the agency added.
More than a dozen private houses and outbuildings were damaged.
