North Korea has decided to deport an American soldier named Travis King, who fled to North Korea from South Korea. This was reported by Reuters.


King admitted that he had entered the country illegally and claimed "inhuman treatment and racism" in the US Army as his motives for his escape.


He also expressed a desire to receive asylum in North Korea or another country for the same reasons.
