Lukashenko promises to have a full set of weapons for modern warfare within a year and threatens enemies

The self-proclaimed President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has promised that within about a year the country will be provided with everything necessary for modern military operations. This was stated by the BelTA edition.

"The experience of modern warfare has been fully absorbed by us. By the middle of next year, we will have everything we need in full: communications, intelligence, drones, strike weapons, and active defense... But we will be defending ourselves actively. In order to go on the offensive at any time, if necessary," Lukashenko said.

At the same time, Lukashenko hinted at the possibility of using nuclear weapons to inflict "irreparable damage" on the enemy.

"We are not talking about the more powerful weapons we have today in order to show our strength and inflict unacceptable damage on the enemy. We will not buy thousands of tanks, but we always have the ability to inflict unacceptable damage. That is, before attacking Belarus, they will think that the response will be unacceptable to them," Lukashenko said.
