Podolyak denies rumors of Zelensky's conflict with Zaluzhnyi

Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said that the Ukrainian leadership is having "situational discussions," there are no conflicts, and the position of the military and politicians is consolidated. This is how he commented on the latest rumors about the deterioration of relations between Volodymyr Zelensky and Valeriy Zaluzhnyi.

"We insist that there is no conflict. I emphasize once again that President Zelensky is in constant communication with Zaluzhnyi. Of course, there is a situation when it is necessary to hold certain conversations at the Headquarters, taking into account how our offensive operations are progressing, what adjustments need to be made, what needs to be done to make it more effective. But I emphasize once again that these conversations take place every day in a working format," Podolyak said.

He also commented on the scandalous statements made by MP Marianna Bezuhla against Zaluzhnyi: she accused him of "not having a war plan for the next year." Podolyak assured that there is definitely a plan for 2024.

"Both the president and Zaluzhnyi himself talk about it. The adjustments that need to be made, the weapons that we need at this stage, the technological breakthrough that Zaluzhnyi is talking about - it's clear. Again, taking into account the budget that was approved and signed by the President and clearly states what we will do in terms of material resources for the effective conduct of the war. At the same time, the Chief meeting is making adjustments to the tactics in certain areas," he said.
