President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has implemented the NSDC's decision on new sanctions against Russian citizens and companies - the list includes more than 180 individuals and the same number of legal entities. This is confirmed by the relevant Presidential Decree No. 813/2023 of December 7, 2023.

The sanctioned individuals include Andrey Dovbnya, Head of the Interregional Department of Rosfinmonitoring, Alexey Kunevich, Chief Designer of Northwest Laboratory NTC LLC, German Gutorov, Executive Director of Streit Group, Vyacheslav Varich, Director of Luhansk Aircraft Repair Plant, and other heads of defense-related companies, including those working in the so-called "DPR" and "LPR".

The list of companies subject to sanctions has been expanded by the new decree to include companies associated with the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. Among them are "Amitron Electronics" LLC, "Devices, Service, Trade" JSC, "Telecom and Microelectronics Industries" LLC, "Radiodetal Postavka" LLC, "Scientific Devices and Systems" LLC, and "Electro C" LLC.
