The first group of Ukrainian pilots has completed the basic training program in the UK and started training on F-16 fighters in Denmark. This was reported by the press service of the British Ministry of Defense.


According to the publication, the training, which began in August, included piloting and special training in aviation terminology in English.


The group consisted of six experienced Ukrainian fighter pilots. Ten trainee pilots also took part in the language training and are staying in the UK for further training.


The program participants will continue their physical and practical basic flight training, as well as acquire knowledge in the field of aviation medicine.
