The Supreme Court reinstates an official with a Russian passport: Ministry of Justice is against

The Ministry of Justice will oppose in court the return to office of former official Maryna Prylutska, who, according to the SBU, voluntarily received Russian citizenship and during her stay in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was in contact with Russian FSB officers. This was reported by the Ministry of Justice on Facebook.

The path to reinstatement of the former deputy head of the Central Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice, the head of the Department for Enforcement of Decisions in Kyiv region, was opened by the Supreme Court. On January 9, a panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court ruled to overturn the ruling of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, which recognized the dismissal of the Russian citizen from her civil service position.

The case was sent for reconsideration to the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal. The Ministry of Justice emphasizes that the case file contains documents from the Security Service of Ukraine, which indicate that the former civil servant voluntarily obtained the citizenship of the aggressor country.
