Russian troops shelled the center of Kupyansk on February 28, using KABs. Two people were killed, another woman was injured, and there may be more people under the rubble. This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Synegubov.
"The occupants hit the city of Kupyansk with KABs. A hit was recorded in the central part of the city," said Synegubov.
According to him, a 59-year-old and a 39-year-old man were killed in the enemy shelling, and one woman was wounded.
"There are probably still people under the rubble," added the head of the RMA.
