In Volyn, a man liable for military service with a knife attacked an employee of the Military Commissariat who came to his home. The case has been investigated. This was reported on Radio Liberty by Ulyana Kravchuk, the press officer of the Volyn Regional District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.
According to her, the notification group of the second department of the Volodymyr-Volyn DTCC and Social Support in Novovolynsk came to the conscript because he was to go to a training center. Before that, he had been handed a military summons.
"When our servicemen came to his home to clarify the circumstances of his failure to report to the TCC, one of the servicemen was wounded with a cold steel weapon in the abdominal area," Kravchuk added.
She said that there were no conflicts before the attack. The man stabbed immediately after he opened the door. In total, there were two stabs, one of which was blocked by the soldier.
