Russia used a submarine to launch missiles at Ukraine for the second time in six months

For the second time in six months, the Russian Federation has used a submarine to attack the territory of Ukraine. This was reported by Dmytro Pletenchuk, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, to Radio Liberty.

According to him, there are currently no Russian ships in the sea. However, the enemy continues to look for ways to use cruise missile carriers.

"There is a verified case of a submarine being used. It seems that the day before yesterday (April 8 - ed.) they used a submarine to launch missiles. And this is the second verified case in more than six months. They are looking for ways to realize their potential, given the dangers they already face in the Black Sea," he said.

He noted that Russia has three submarines that can launch cruise missiles, but this does not mean that they can all be at sea.

It is worth noting that as of April 7, Russia has not deployed any ships to the Black Sea.
