The USA will allocate $138 million to modernize air defense system

The USA will allocate more than $130 million to modernize air defense systems in Ukraine. This was announced by the United States Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink.

"Today we signed an agreement to provide Ukraine with $138 million to modernize a critically important air defense system," the ambassador said.

According to her, this funding will help keep Ukraine's air defense operational "during Russia's ongoing attacks on the energy grid and the Ukrainian people."

Meanwhile, Bloomberg wrote that the United States has no "plan B" for military aid to Ukraine, except for the $60 billion that is stuck in Congress. There is no information on where the 138 million Brink said would come from.
