The Republican made amendments to the bill on aid to Ukraine: to close "biolaboratories", to mobilize congressmen to the AFU, and more

Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican congresswoman from Georgia and an ally of former US President Donald Trump, has proposed amendments to the Ukraine aid bill.

One of the amendments requires that any member of the House of Representatives who voted in favor of the Ukraine aid bill be required to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"I mean, if you want to fund a war, why don't you fight in it," Greene commented on social network X.

Another of Greene's amendments is that Ukraine should "close all its biolaboratories" and provide all data on such "research" to the US government, otherwise it will not receive funding.

Greene also offered to provide evidence of the independence of Christian churches in Ukraine and to hold "free and fair elections in the country" before providing any aid.

In addition, she filed an amendment to the Israel funding package, calling for the proposed funds to be used to "develop space laser technology" on the US-Mexico border.

"I previously voted to fund space lasers for Israel's defense. America must take our national security seriously and deserves the same type of border protection that Israel has and proudly uses," Greene said.
