Absence of Russian offensive groups in the south: Pletenchuk provides clarification

There are no signs of Russian offensive groups forming in the south of Ukraine, said Dmytro Pletenchuk, head of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine.

According to him, the situation remains stable, and there is no evidence of a change in the status or location of Russians in this area. Nevertheless, Russian troops continue active assault operations on all frontline areas, using equipment and carrying out a number of attacks. In particular, 21 assault attempts were recorded yesterday, but all of them were repelled.

Five assaults took place in the area of Robotyne, but Russian forces were forced to retreat due to losses.

In Starobilske, 14 assault attempts were recorded, and two in Krynky.
