US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said that the US is trying to speed up the pace of arms deliveries to Ukraine, and some are already on their way.

In addition, he announced a new package of military aid to Kyiv in the coming days. At the same time, the American official did not specify what exactly will be included in this batch.


“Some of this equipment is already on the battlefield. Some of this equipment will appear on the battlefield this week. So I don't want to say that all the equipment worth billions of dollars is on the battlefield, but what you will see is a steady stream, week after week,” Sullivan said.

He noted that the delay in aid has put Ukraine “in a hole” and the United States is trying to help the country get out of it “as soon as possible.”
