The Ministry of Defense named 4 valid reasons for not coming to the TCC under summons: they must be confirmed by documents

The new law on mobilization defines several valid reasons for not coming to the TCC. These reasons must be documented, the Ministry of Defense reports.

The following are recognized as valid reasons for not arriving at the TCC within the period specified in the summons:

  • natural disaster;
  • illness;
  • military operations on the relevant territory and their consequences or other circumstances that deprived the person of the opportunity to personally arrive at the specified point and time;
  • death of a close relative.

In case of non-arrival, the citizen is obliged to notify the TCC of the reasons as soon as possible, but no later than three days. After that, it is necessary to arrive at the territorial recruitment center within 7 calendar days.

The reasons for non-appearance are confirmed by documents of the relevant authorized state bodies, institutions and organizations (state and municipal forms of ownership).
