Roskomnadzor drew up administrative protocols for a number of Internet companies that did not localize databases in Russia. These include Airbnb, Pinterest, Apple, Google and Twitch.

These companies did not localize data of Russians, the agency's website explained.

Roskomnadzor (RCN) drew up administrative protocols against foreign companies Airbnb, Pinterest, Likeme, Twitch, Apple, United Parcel Service, which did not localize the databases of Russian users in Russia. A protocol was also drawn up against Google for repeated violations of the requirement to localize personal data, the agency's website said Friday.

"Administrative protocols were drawn up against Airbnb, Pinterest, Likeme, Twitch, Apple, United Parcel Service under part 8 of Article 13.11 of the CAO RF, against Google - for repeated violation of the requirement to localize PD under part 9 of Article 13.11 of the CAO RF," the statement said.
