About 20 people remain in the village of Popivka of the Velykopysarivska community, but there is no communication with them. "People did not listen to the order to evacuate from the 5-kilometer zone, and today we do not have access to these people and they are forced to get out by their own transport or on foot. Then they are evacuated by the State Emergency Service, the police, and there are evacuation routes every day," Biryukova said.


According to her, there is currently no communication with the village of Popivka, the military provide information about the situation in the settlement.


According to the head of the community, people are leaving the village via field roads. Up to 20 people are left there. Before the war, about 400 people lived in the village.


The evacuation is also complicated in the villages of Luhivka and Oleksandrivka, where the military are helping to evacuate people.


In addition, before the full-scale invasion of Russia, more than 10 thousand people lived in the Velykopysarivska community.
