The Register of Conscripts "Oberih" should reduce the number of errors due to human factor and save state and human resources through digitalization. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

One of the key issues to be solved by Oberih is the prevention of corruption.


"Thanks to the registry, every step regarding data changes is tracked and confirmed by an electronic signature," the Defense Ministry said.
