Power outages are currently in effect in Kharkiv region and Kryvyi Rih district - Ukrenergo

Blackouts were introduced in two regions of Ukraine on March 29. The restrictions are in effect in Kharkiv region and Kryvyi Rih district, Ukrenergo reports.

It is noted that due to the night attack, emergency power outages were introduced in Kryvyi Rih district of Dnipropetrovsk region.

In the Kharkiv region, electricity was not limited at night, but in the morning, due to increased consumption, hourly blackouts were introduced. As of 11:30 a.m., about 200,000 consumers in Kharkiv region were without power.

"By the evening, if consumption grows, it is possible to apply measures to limit consumption in other areas of the eastern and Dnipro regions," the power company warned.

The company reports that despite the nighttime strike, the power system works in a balanced manner. No electricity shortages are expected.
