In part of Odesa, Khadzhibey and Kyiv districts were left without power due to an emergency outage. The power supply is expected to be restored within a few hours. This was reported by the press service of DTEK.

"There was an emergency shutdown of equipment at one of Ukrenergo's high-voltage substations. Residents of Khadzhibey and Kyiv districts were temporarily left without electricity," the statement said.

Repair work is reportedly underway at the accident site.

"Where possible, power engineers will restore critical infrastructure facilities and houses," DTEK informs.

It states that the estimated time of restoration of electricity is expected within a few hours.
