The TCC will receive data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on cars owned by Ukrainians and companies to mobilize them. This provision is contained  in the draft law on mobilization that was voted on in the second reading by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine today.

The number of cars to be mobilized in each region will be determined by the local administration. Vehicles may be taken away if a person has more than one.

Military transport duty will also apply to water vehicles, tractors and other agricultural machinery.

From the moment general mobilization is announced, vehicles intended for manning the Armed Forces will be registered with the military transport committee and will not be allowed to be exported from the country, transferred, pledged, etc.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to determine how the alienation process will take place. They should be returned a month after the demobilization is announced. The Cabinet of Ministers will also determine the procedure for compensating losses.
