Court decision on the Solskyi case: preventive measures for three more people

Judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court have decided to impose preventive measures on three additional suspects in the case of illegal land acquisition in Sumy region. This information was provided by the Telegram channel of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

 

 

These individuals are suspected of attempting to seize land plots of about 2,500 hectares totaling UAH 291 million, as well as attempting to seize land of about 3,300 hectares totaling UAH 190 million.


According to the court's decision, one of the organizers was remanded in custody with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 30 million, and two accomplices were also remanded in custody with bail in the amount of UAH 5 million and UAH 7.5 million, respectively.


As we reported earlier, the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a pre-trial restraint on Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solskyi. He was sent to custody until June 24, 2024.


Later, it was also reported that the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solskyi, who is suspected of corruption schemes with land, was bailed out for more than UAH 75 million.
