The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry called Lavrov's insult to France a dissociative disorder

While the Kremlin is offended at Paris because of the leaked conversation between Russian and French presidents Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry recalled a similar case in which it was Russia to blame. Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko wrote this on Facebook.

As noted by Nikolenko, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, commenting on the situation with the leaked phone conversation, "stuttered" about diplomatic ethics. At the same time, the latter may have forgotten about the case when Russia made public the confidential correspondence of the German and French foreign ministers in the context of the Normandy format.

"But at the same time he (Lavrov - ed.) forgot to mention how his office in November 2021 made public the confidential correspondence of the German and French foreign ministers in the context of the Normandy format activities. As you understand, they did not authorize it. So there you have a kind of dissociative disorder in Russian diplomacy. They say one thing and do another," writes Nikolenko.
