Ukraine has not lost a single HIMARS system - Commander of the UC South

The Ukrainian army has not lost a single HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system as of early August. Andrei Kovalchuk, commander of the troops of the Southern Operational Command, stated this in an interview with Tablet Magazine.

"We haven't lost a single HIMARS system yet. This demonstrates how well and quickly we have learned to use them. Even the Americans were surprised at how effectively we use these systems. Because every missile hits the target. Every missile destroys a bridge or a compound. Our allies have also seen the extreme cost-effectiveness of how we use the missiles," Kovalchuk noted.

On August 1, it became known that four more U.S. HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems had arrived in Ukraine.
