"During the conversation, issues that will improve relations between Turkey and Russia, as well as the latest events in the Russian-Ukrainian war, were discussed," the report said.
Erdogan once again stated that he is in favor of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. He offered to "contribute to the peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian issue."
