Today, February 22, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that allies should help Ukraine win and prevent history from repeating itself later.

 According to Stoltenberg, NATO cannot allow Russia to "tear off" Europe. He appealed to US President Joe Biden and allies to not allow Russia to continue to "split off" European security.

 He calls on allies to give Ukraine the support it needs to win, and then ensure that history does not repeat itself. After all, according to him, even after a year of war, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, instead of preparing for peace, is "preparing for a new war."

 "We have seen the Russian model of aggression for many years... We cannot allow Russia to continue to destroy European security. We must break this cycle of Russian aggression," the Secretary General added.

 He also noted that NATO allies have never been more united than they are now.
