The Security Service of Ukraine has started a pre-trial investigation of the video with the harsh punishment of the Ukrainian military.

 The law enforcement officers opened a case under Part 2 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

 "We will find these inhumans. If necessary, we will get them from anywhere, wherever they are: from underground or from the other world. But they will definitely be punished for what they have done," stressed the head of the SSU, Vasyl Malyuk.

 The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense has already reacted to the harsh punishment of the military man.

 Andriy Yusov, a representative of the State Administration of Ukraine, noted that a detailed check of the content of the execution video is currently being conducted and the identity of the soldier is being established.

 "This is an illegal punishment by a terrorist, and this is another fact of violation of all possible and impossible norms and rules of warfare. This is a fact that the world should pay attention to not only with sympathy, but also with joint work to bring to justice all those responsible." , - he said.
