Russian troops shelled Kherson on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 13. Residential buildings and medical facilities were hit. This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko on his Telegram channel.
According to his data, Russia started shelling Kherson around 13:00.
"This time, a public transport stop, residential buildings, and two medical facilities came under massive fire," Mrochko wrote.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire was aimed at the city, so it was a miracle that there were no casualties.
