Ukrainian performers Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil with the song “Teresa & Maria” entered the Eurovision Song Contest final

The first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 took place in Sweden, where Ukraine was represented by Alyona Alyona and Jerry Heil with the song “Teresa & Maria”. After the audience voting, 10 finalists were selected, including Ukraine. Thus, Ukraine was able to successfully qualify for the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest.

 

 

The grand final is scheduled for May 11 in Malmö.


Ukrainian singers performed in the first semi-final together with artists from different countries, including Cyprus, Serbia, Lithuania, Ireland, Croatia, Finland, Portugal, Luxembourg and Slovenia.


Australia, Poland, Moldova, Azerbaijan, and Iceland were left out of the final.


Ukraine set a new record at the Eurovision Song Contest by always making it to the final.
