The Russian occupants attacked the Shyroke community outside the village of Shyroke in the early morning and early afternoon today. They hit the agricultural and farming facilities. The head of the Mykolayiv regional public administration, Vitaliy Kim, said about this.

According to him, the shelling of the territory and adjacent settlements of Berezneguvatska community continues. Information about casualties and damage is being clarified.

Kim also reported that in the Mykolayiv region at 10:30 on Thursday, August 17, one person was wounded and a residential building was damaged as a result of hostile shelling in the village of Krasne of the Voskresensk community.

"In the evening, on August 17, at 5:20 p.m. shelling was detected in the village of Shevchenko, Shevchenko region. There is damage to residential buildings and public buildings. There are no casualties," Kim wrote.

According to him, the day and night were relatively quiet in the Voznesensk and Pervomaisk districts.

On August 17, it was reported that the Russian occupation troops fired six rockets at Mykolayiv during the night.
