As a result of the full-scale invasion, the Russian military killed at least 377 children in Ukraine. The Prosecutor General's Office reported this in Telegram.

 "More than 1,110 children have been injured in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of the morning of August 26, 2022, according to the official information of juvenile prosecutors, 377 children died and more than 733 were injured of varying degrees of severity," the message reads.

 On August 25, a 17-year-old teenager died as a result of enemy shelling in Orikhov, Zaporizhzhya region.

 The most affected children were in Donetsk oblast - 388, Kharkiv oblast - 202, Kyiv oblast - 116, Chernigiv oblast - 68, Mykolayiv oblast - 67, Lugansk oblast - 61, Kherson oblast - 55, Zaporizhzhya oblast - 42.

 As noted, these numbers are not final, because the work to establish the victims and dead in the places of active hostilities, as well as in the temporarily captured and liberated territories, is ongoing.

 Russian troops damaged 2,328 educational institutions in Ukraine by bombing and shelling, of which 289 were completely destroyed.
