German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius emphasized that Ukraine must win the military conflict with Russia, but this cannot be the basis for Germany's national defense strategy. This was reported by ERR.


"The purpose of the national defense strategy is not to say who should win the war. I have made it absolutely clear that Ukraine must win the war. How to define victory depends only on Ukraine, not on us. This has nothing to do with our national defense strategy," Pistorius said.
