On the night of September 28, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 44 Shahed kamikaze drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down 34 drones. This is reported by the Telegram of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As noted, the Shahed drones were launched from the southeast (Primorsko-Akhtarsk region, Russia and Cape Chauda, Crimea).

The air defense forces managed to destroy 34 drones. Fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, and mobile fire groups were involved in repelling the attack.

Also yesterday, on September 27, six reconnaissance drones of the operational and tactical level - Orlan, Zala, Superkam - were destroyed.
