The shelling in Kherson damaged an important critical infrastructure facility, which led to temporary power outages for some consumers. This was reported by the Kherson Regional Administration on Telegram.
"According to Khersonoblenergo, a critical infrastructure facility in the central part of the city was damaged today," the statement said.
As noted, this happened as a result of hostile Russian shelling.
