On the night of February 23, Russia fired 31 Shahed drones at Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down 23 drones. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Russians also attacked Ukraine with three S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles, an X-31P anti-radar missile and two X-22 cruise missiles.
"Air defense destroyed 23 attack UAVs within Odesa, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions," Air Force of the AFU reported.
