For the first time the State Cinema banned the distribution of a film starring Volodymyr Zelensky - "Rzhevsky vs Napoleon". 

For six years, since October 2015, Goskino has not issued a distribution company a rental certificate for this film.

The reason was the famous Russian comedian Yuri Galtsev, who played the episodic role of the mayor in the film. He is included in the list of persons who threaten the national security of Ukraine. According to Article 15 of the Law "On Cinematography," the distribution of films with the participation of the people included in this list is prohibited.

It should be noted that Zelensky not only played the role of Napoleon in this film, but also acted as a producer together with his companions from "95th quarter" Sergei and Boris Shefiry and Andrei Yakovlev, as well as the Russian director and producer Sergei Livnev.
