Ukraine has seen the largest-scale hacker attack on the websites of government agencies. It is the most powerful over the past four years. This was reported by the deputy chairman of the Derzhpetstsvyaz Victor Zhora during a briefing.

"Unfortunately, we can state that over the past four years it is the most powerful attack. At least considering its scope," Zhora noted. 

According to him, it is not yet known exactly who may be behind the cyberattacks, however. An investigation is underway, with international partners involved in finding out the details.

"I would like to note that our international partners have offered us assistance in the investigation of this incident. We are actively cooperating with them," Zhora added.
