 He emphasized that NATO's top priority is providing military support to Ukraine. Stoltenberg said that the victories on the battlefield are the credit of the Armed Forces, but without the support of NATO, they would not have been able to achieve these successes and repel the Russians in the way that they have done in recent weeks.

 "We have to remember that if Putin and Russia stop fighting, peace will come. If President Zelenskiy and Ukraine stop fighting, Ukraine will cease to exist as an independent state. And we don't want that to happen. That's why we support Ukraine," - said the Secretary General. NATO.

 In addition, Stoltenberg said that NATO cannot be intimidated or forced to accept nuclear blackmail from Russia. He noted that the Russian Federation's threats are aimed at blackmailing partners and forcing them to stop providing support to Ukraine. According to him, if this is done, President Putin will win in Ukraine.

 "It will send a very dangerous signal to all authoritarian leaders that by using military force with all the brutality and violating international law, they will achieve their goals. It will make us more vulnerable. It will make the world more dangerous. And so, yes, the risks are there. all options in this conflict. But I think the risk of allowing President Putin to win is much higher than continuing to support Ukraine," he said.
