The Cabinet of Ministers allowed students and cadets studying aviation specialties to travel abroad under certain conditions.
According to Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, this permission will be valid during martial law and provided that these students and cadets are not subject to military service during the mobilization period.
These persons will be able to leave the territory of Ukraine if they need practical flight training in foreign educational institutions or aviation schools due to the closure of the airspace in the country.
