The Cabinet of Ministers dismissed the leadership of the State Customs Service today. In particular, acting head of the customs service Vyacheslav Demchenko was dismissed from his post.
People's deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko reports this in Telegram.
The government also dismissed Demchenko's deputies: Oleksandr Shchutskyi and Ruslan Cherkaskyi.
The political decision to dismiss the customs authorities was made at the beginning of this week. Today, the Cabinet of Ministers is expected to officially approve these resignations at an extraordinary meeting.
It will be recalled that today the leader of the "Servant of the People" faction, David Arahamiya, said that the management of the customs office will be fired.
He also noted that today's searches of former officials, people's deputies and other officials are probably related to the promised "spring landings".
