Ukrainian road carriers have announced their intention to hold a protest in response to the strike of Polish farmers blocking the border with Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the NGO "Carriers of the Western Region" Vitaliy Kotsenko told the Suspilne media outlet.


The protest is scheduled to begin on February 15 at the Yagodyn-Dorohusk checkpoint. This initiative was a response to the actions of Polish farmers who blocked movement of trucks on the Ukrainian-Polish border.


According to Kotsenko, Polish carriers will not be able to enter the territory of Ukraine. Ukrainian carriers, however, are not going to obstruct the movement of buses.
