Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that his meeting with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may not take place. This was announced by the head of state on the air of a telethon.

"It may happen that there will be no meeting," said Zelensky.

According to the President, one of the most difficult tasks is the need to have a dialogue with Russia in view of all the crimes it has committed.

"The most difficult thing is to say what they have done, to recognize them as the enemy, to know that it is specifically the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine ... And with all this position to find opportunities to meet, and at this meeting to find a way out of this situation and at the same time not to lose their territory," Zelensky added.

As previously reported by the media, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Volodymyr Zelensky and Vladimir Putin in general are positive about the idea of meeting in person.
